Welcome to Soul Care Weekly, an invitation to engage in mindful and creative practices as acts of soul care. Listening to wisdom and the call within, I follow the lead to share these weekly offerings with you. They'll be simple and meaningful. Of course, only what is welcome is invited in. You get to choose what is just right for you - and what is not - and how you interact with each invitation.
Here we are at the end of June. Nearly at the half-way mark of the year and to my favorite month - July. I love summer and her glow - even the heat. I was born in July and always find a kinship with her. This year I've created a month of prayer practice I'll be following and invite you to do the same. I'll share the Friday prayers here next week. If you'd like to join me in the full month, register for Portals here. Projects have been on my heart and mind this week, especially as I'm about to take down the Sabbatical Art Show this week alongside other aspects of my work and ministry in the world. My heart is feeling full of energy and care as I have spent time with people I love. What a gift to have people who see us as we are and as we are becoming. No matter what's taking shape in the world - I can share from my heart and give thanks for others who love so well.
Here are a few ways to share and receive love and care for your soul.
